Our venue for this special occasion will be Toronto, the largest metropolitan area in Canada and the site of many DiRōNA memories from events past. Bounded on by untouched landscapes, vibrant communities, and an unrivalled natural harbor ringed by lush islands, the city is recognized internationally as a paradise of beauty and culture. As this is also also our 20th anniversary celebration, this is one event that is not to be missed. Among the highlights of this year's conference are a reception atop the CN Tower--the tallest tower in the world--and a culinary excursion to the beautiful Niagara Peninsula, including a visit to the world famous falls. A number of celebrity chefs will also be on hand, including Japanese Iron Chef Kimio Nonaga, who will prepare the meal for the annual Grand Gala, and famed Vancouver Chef Pino Posteraro, who will be serving a special seven-course dinner featuring $70,000 worth of truffles!

Hotel Reservations
The Fairmont Royal York will serve as the official conference hotel. To get the special DiRōNA rate, make your reservation online today or call the hotel at (866) 840-8402. Hotel reservations and conference registration require a separate process. Conference registration for the event will open in the summer.
