1. Before being considered for inspection, a restaurant must be open under the same ownership and maintain the same thematic concept for at least two years for Timeless Traditional, three years for Creative Contemporary and ten years for Legendary Landmarks. This categorical consistency shows that a restaurant is accomplished in, and committed to, the industry.
2. A non-refundable application fee of $250.00, which covers the cost of the inspection and/or review process, must accompany each application.
