Pinons Restaurant opened in 1988.Chef owner Rob Mobilian has been at the helm since opening day.Rob is a Culinary Institute of America grad. The Menu is an awesome mix of Prime steaks, Colorado lamb, Dover Sole, Buffalo filet, Trout , Alaskan halibut, Pheasant. Apps include caviar, foie gras, oysters, crab cakes, duck confit, amazing soups and salads. We have a 900 bottle award winning wine list. The upstairs location is spectacular with commanding views of Aspen mountain. The seasoned professional staff delivers incredible service. We have a wonderful bar with a locals favorite bar menu. Pinons is one of the longest reigning restaurants in Aspen going on 30 years, and is a must visit when you are in Aspen.
