Application Process
Our application process has been streamlined to make it easier for busy restaurant owners to complete. Here’s how it works:
Step 1
1. Complete the Application Form
Please provide your restaurant name, address, website and your contact details in the form below to start the process. First time applicants must include pdf copies of their dinner menu and wine list (click Choose File below) if these details are not available on your website.
Step 2
2. Review & Confirmation
After submitting the form and payment, you’ll receive a confirmation email that we have received your application. Our evaluation process typically takes 5 to 7 business days. If your restaurant does not qualify for the DiRōNA Award of Excellence, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Step 3
3. Award Recipients
For qualifying restaurants, you will receive a welcome letter, and your information will be added to the DiRōNA website and mobile app directories within two weeks. The 2025 DiRōNA Award, and digital badge, will ship in January 2025. Additionally, you will receive monthly emails with updates about the organization.

If a restaurant does not meet the criteria for the DiRōNA Award of Excellence, we will issue a full refund within 5 to 7 business days after receiving an application. The deadline for application submission is December 31, 2024.
Our application fee helps DiRōNA cover the costs of producing and shipping awards, organizing events for our awardees, and creating opportunities for increased visibility for each awarded restaurant.
