The Brewster Inn is situated on the southernmost shore of Cazenovia Lake in the historic village of Cazenovia. this 1890’s gilded-age mansion was the summer home, of Standard Oil Financier, Benjamin B. Brewster. Walking a fine line of elegance, The Brewster Inn offers country hospitality and upscale inventive cuisine to discerning diners and travelers.

Each of the 4 candlelit dining rooms features breathtaking lake views for summer or warm and cozy fireplaces for dinner. Curated by Executive Chef, Jason Wright the seasonal menu features favorites including Colorado rack of lamb, Berkshire pork chop, & Hawaiian Ahi tuna steaks. Expertly trained staff are on hand to assist with superb wine selections from our Wine Spectator award-winning 17,000 bottle cellar.

The Brewster Inn also has 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breathtaking views of the lake.
