THE WINE CELLAR – Tucked beneath the Stonehouse, our temperature-controlled cellar holds an impressive collection of 12,000 bottles, with 2,000 varietals spanning 70 renowned wine regions across the world. The crown jewel of the collection is a rare, 120-bottle complete vertical of Pomerol’s Château Pétrus with vintages dating back to the famed 1945 production through its latest in 2017. Tours of the cellar may be accommodated before or after a dinner reservation, and are best enjoyed with a glass of wine.
