Students from across North America apply annually for the sought after DiRōNA Scholarships. The DiRōNA endowment is managed by the National Restaurant Association Education Fund.

The landmark Columbia Restaurant in Tampa’s Historic Ybor City has been family-owned and operated for more than 112 years. The oldest restaurant in Florida and the largest Spanish restaurant in the world, the Columbia features internationally known Spanish/Cuban cuisine in 15 dining rooms, with seating for up to 1,700.
The Barbetta restaurant in New York has been serving the cuisine of Piemonte since Sebastiano Maioglio first opened Barbetta in 1906. On the Barbetta menu by each dish is noted the year in which it was first served. This landmark restaurant is owned by Sebastiano’s daughter, Laura Maioglio.
Churchill’s Steakhouse in downtown Spokane, Washington, was opened in 2007, and has quickly become one of the most notable steakhouses on the west side of the country. Churchill’s steaks are aged, cut and prepared to perfection, as has been the custom in the Alles family for centuries.
