Students from across North America apply annually for the sought after DiRōNA Scholarships. The DiRōNA endowment is managed by the National Restaurant Association Education Fund.

Jasper’s Italian restaurant in Kansas City seats 150 guests. The menu features favored items from Jasper’s and the old Trattoria, including the famous Shrimp Livornese, Caesar salad, and a wide selection of appetizers, pasta, chops, fresh seafood, and fresh baked breads and home-made pastries.
Enjoy fine dining in a historic atmosphere overlooking the Chena River in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Pump House offers prime aged beef, Alaska seafood and a premium wine list. It was reconstructed in 1978 to recreate an 1890’s “Gold Rush” motif associated with the “Rip Roaring” era in Fairbanks.
Every city has that one can’t miss restaurant, where celebrities feel at home and every other guest feels like a celebrity. Since October 2, 1968, The Sardine Factory’s cachet has made dining in our historic Cannery Row setting a tradition for world leaders, sports heroes and entertainment icons.
The landmark Columbia Restaurant in Tampa’s Historic Ybor City has been family-owned and operated for more than 112 years. The oldest restaurant in Florida and the largest Spanish restaurant in the world, the Columbia features internationally known Spanish/Cuban cuisine in 15 dining rooms, with seating for up to 1,700.
Two Pancho’s Backyard locations in Cozumel, Mexico provide great Mexican food and awesome margaritas! Pancho’s Puerta Maya offers regional Mexican cuisine in a hacienda-style restaurant terrace. Pancho’s Downtown is sought after for fine Mexican dining in a romantic, historic setting.
Churchill’s Steakhouse in downtown Spokane, Washington, was opened in 2007, and has quickly become one of the most notable steakhouses on the west side of the country. Churchill’s steaks are aged, cut and prepared to perfection, as has been the custom in the Alles family for centuries.
