In my last message, we revisited the origins of this great organization-now in its 22nd year-and I also outlined some of the exciting new directions in which we are heading as the new year develops. We value each and every one of you who help DiRoNA succeed, and I look forward to communicating regularly with you as the year progresses. Behind the scenes, we are developing new 'takes' on programs such as the inspection/award process, sponsorship return-on-investment, consumer awareness and industry positioning.
