We’re proud to support local producers and farmers from here in New Hampshire as well as elsewhere in New England; they supply the eggs used in our fluffy soufflés and the maple syrup drizzling down our buttermilk pancakes – not to mention many of our fresh meats and mouthwatering cheeses. Seafood from the shores of the North Atlantic, pork from Niman Ranch, and grain-fed Angus beef from the Midwest round out some of the superior ingredients used in our kitchen.

The Dining Rooms at the Bedford Village Inn features fresh, regional cuisine in 7 unique dining rooms. The restaurant has been a AAA Four Diamond recipient for 18 years; DIRoNA winner since 1996; named Best Restaurant in NH and one of the Top 10 in the US. The Dining Room is comprised of seven immaculately restored dining rooms, individually decorated and with capacities ranging from 12 to 55 guests; many include fireplaces. We offer modern New England cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, as well as brunch every Saturday & Sunday.

The Tavern is a quintessential New England Pub that emits a laid-back atmosphere. With the brass foot rails at the bar, the room is genuine New England tavern. Sink into an upholstered chair or sofa and feel the rich oak floors laid with plush Orientals, all surrounded by art Americana. The BVI was voted “Best Date Ambiance” and one of the “21 Top New Hampshire Bars” by New Hampshire Magazine. Drop in for a quick lunch with co-workers, relaxed dinner with old friends or a quiet moment with that special person in your life.
Here you can order anything from Burgers to Bordeaux, fresh salads, pizzas, and pasta – plus much more! Or how about a glass of your favorite Chardonnay or our famous BVI Chocolate Bag. The Tavern menu includes all of your favorites prepared by the same award-winning culinary staff that serves the Dining Room.

The Lobby Bar, in the Grand Boutique Hotel, features a spacious bar and lounge seating showcasing a locally inspired menu with a few of the BVI Tavern favorites as well as a beautiful wine selection. During warmer months, guests are able to relax & enjoy the outdoor patio set beside the back gardens.

Corks, Bedford’s Signature Wine Bar, has established itself as one of the area’s most sophisticated destinations. BVI’s very own Certified Sommelier oversees the wine program, blending the old with the new; chic décor features bamboo floors, rich cherry wood paneling, gold-flecked cork wallpaper, a modern fireplace, and an under-lit onyx bar. Corks offer wines by the glass and the bottle, as well as barrel samples, flights, and personal blends. A full bar is available too, as is a selection of draft beer and an inventive menu.
